We are POLITANALYTICS, a Swiss / European policy and regularory platform which helps politics & policy professionals to monitor and manage their political matters. We are growing So, we are hiring a new team member – as soon as possible:

React Frontend Engineer (mid-level or senior) (f/m/*, 80%-100%, remote)

Requirements / job description:

  • Good English level, speaking, writing, understanding

  • The candidate should have the ability (and willingness) to travel mind. two times per year for team meetings.

  • 4+ years of experience

  • We are looking for capable individuals, rather than an agency person. A person should be able to take responsibility for their decisions.

  • Proactive, team person – no lonely wolves, no stable geniuses

  • You don't hesitate to speak with other members of the company, not only developers (mainly Backenders, UI/UX)

Tech stack:

  • React not required), TypeScript (proficiency), Vite, MUI (Material UI), @tanstack/react-query, Storybook, Cypress, i18n, react-hook-form

  • Worked with tools: Figma

You will join a fully agile (ScrumBan) team of back-end / front-end developers / product & design team. Our tool is a comprehensive, reliable, fast, and independent platform that collects and processes open government data focusing on politics. 

Your role is dedicated to long-term learning and self-developing, so you will be key in maintaining and expanding our platform. Therefore we offer competitive compensation based on your location, and additional benefits, depending on your needs and goals. We will work fully remote. Your role can be performed part-time %), with great flexibility, and we support flexible working arrangements. 

You need to be based in Europe / within CET (max. ± 2h) timezone, fully able (passport, visa) to travel internationally twice a year.

Hiring process

Our hiring process follows usually 3 interviews.

  • Personal interview, social fitness check

  • Live coding tasks with senior team members present, as well as a skills assessment during this interview

  • Final HR / contracting interview.
